SOLVED How to create transform (.mst) file.

Hi Everyone,
Please tell me how to create transform (.mst) file and How to use that while deploying the application.
as i am Using SCCM 2012 SP1.

I am not familiar with SAP Jam Application. But, to create a .mst file you need to have the customization tool provided by SAP.
