Good Evening Team,

We have recently purchased Fujitsu Esprimo G5010 (20 devices) in our organization & this does not support legacy PXE boot. Our existing environment has only legacy PXE configurations. Do we have any method in the SCCM task sequence where we can convert the existing image to UEFI mode without starting from scratch?

If there is no option to modify the task sequence then please let me know the standard method to perform this task.

Thanks in Advance.

I found the solution.

Initially the storage Settings was set to RAID on (BIOS), Changed to AHCI/NVMe. can able to do UEFI PXE mode.

Thanks for your help.

This is what we have in our OSD task sequence for UEFI devices:

Thanks for your response.
I have used the same sequence variables however getting the task sequence error :

Task sequence "<<TS variable>>" has failed with the error code 0x800700A1 in the task sequence step "Use tool kit package".

Laptop mode: Dell Latitude 5520
I created a new task sequence for UEFI with limited actions but still getting the same error. Is this something that we need to change in BIOS settings?

Most likely, your BIOS is already set to UEFI boot if it's incapable of legacy booting. Have you activated the UEFI Network Stack? Are you booting directly to Ethernet or are you using a docking station?

Sorry for the delay in response as I'm working in UK time. Yes, I have enabled the UEFI network stack in BIOS but no luck.

Also I tried to export the task sequence to bootable USB media (boot without network), and got the same issue.

So far, I have tried to boot via USB and Ethernet.
