SOLVED How to configure WSUS update on OU based with different timing update schedule

Hi Prajwal,

Is it possible to configure WSUS update on OU based with different update schedule.
I have below scenario.

I have different department like HR, Finance, IT, Sales & Management
Is it possible I can schedule the WSUS updates with different schedule & I can control the updates.
Here I would like to push updates on all IT department PC's. If they are through & without any issue I can push to other department.

If we do or possible then pls suggest or reply. I'm newbee for WSUS, My boss wants this to be implement ASAP.

You can configure 2 policies for this purpose. The first policy will be applied at the domain level (Global Policy) and that will include only the settings related to products and classifications etc. The next policy is for every OU that you need to create specifying the WSUS settings such as specifying the intranet update server, automatic updates settings etc. If you have any questions let me know.
