Anyone else seeing SUP sync error 0X800C0008? Wsyncmgr.log shows this:
Synchronizing update f4cb3279-6c0d-4c86-bd72-c7f43f798b21 - Microsoft 365 Apps Update - Semi-Annual Enterprise Channel Quality Update for x64 based Edition Version 2102 (Build 13801.21004)

Base Url for Office update file list service not configured or not valid , keep the original Url

Hello Mohammed,
I don't have this sync issue from my side. Are you using any proxy within your SUP / WSUS?
 
Can you download the SU outside of ConfigMgr using the local system account.

To be 100% clear, you download the CAB file using the local system account? If so you have no choice but to open a support case with Microsoft directly. There is nothing more anyone here can do to help you.
