I've recently completed a successful SCCM upgrade from 1706 to 1802 to support windows 1803. Now that I've built a Win10 Image within vm Workstation and creating a capture.iso file in SCCM using a task sequence and followed by trying to capture with windows 10 vm image. I'm receiving an error prompt error code 0x80004005

If i have understood the question correctly, you are trying to capture a Windows 10 VM and it's failing with error 0x80004005 ?. Is that VM joined to any domain ?.

I've figured it out. Need to remove the local Administrator account and it's permissions. But before doing so I created a new account and giving this account Administrator permissions and removing standard. Rebooted the system and was able to capture the windows 10 system

People are moving away from capturing OS. I have been using vanilla OS and then run powershell scripts to remove the builtin apps or doing any customization. Obviously, doing it this way you still need to create Applications package for your SOE-approved apps.
