PENDING Group policy shortcut desktop url custom icon not appears in client machines

I added custom icon for desktop url shortcut and applied gpupdate.
on server machine, icon appears but on client machines, icon not appearing.

While I verified policy is successfully applied by using command gpresult /r. on client machines.

Please help me how to the solve this icon issue.

Hi Amit, export the gpresult on one of the client computer and check if the policy has been applied or not.

Is there any alternative to achieve shortcut desktop url with custom icon on all domains client machines ?

Expected Result : On client machine desktop, shortcut desktop url with icon should get displayed. Can we do using .exe ? if yes, can you please brief me how to achieve using .exe ?

For VPN users, Group policy is not getting applied. So I'm not implementing this GPO now.

Is there any alternative, where we can share the .exe to users, and after installing .exe automatically desktop shortcut url with icon appears ?
