We have a standard practice of rebooting servers monthly immediately after month patches get applied. I am new to SCCM and our previous patching solution had a dummy patch that got applied at the end of patching which initiated a reboot whether required or not by the monthly patches we applied. We are transitioning to SCCM now for patching. Does anyone know of a method that will automatically reboot the client machine after any round of patches?

Thank you for replying Prajwal! Forgive my ignorance but will setting a maintenance window force a reboot after updates that do not require a reboot? That is what I'm trying to implement and plan for so that if ever a month comes where the required patches to not require a reboot by Microsoft when completed that I can still make sure that machine gets rebooted for the month.

In your ADR deployment settings, if you check the the System Restart (if necessary) box in the Deadline behavior then it will fix your issue?
