PENDING Feature Upgrade 1809 to 1909 with mutiple langauges

Hi, I need to upgrade windows 10 1809 to 1909 but we have machine which are running more then 1 langauges on them.

How can I use feautre upgrade but also apply all of the languages which are already install on the machine.

When I upgraded a machine from 1809 to 1909 it only had english install on it not other languages.

you can deploy just the language pack. you can do either with Task Sequence to do the feature upgrade and then install the language pack. or with servicing plan and then deploy the language pack to the collection. language pack

We can't use TS. The only option We would like to use is feature upgrade but detect all lang pck and install same time as feature updates.

How can I do this
