PENDING Failed to run task sequence (0x80004005)

Hi, first time poster but long time lurker. I need help with reinstalling devices.
New devices work just fine and everything works as it should but when I try to reinstall a existing device it just fails.
I could just delete the device from AD and SCCM but I would rather have it fixed.

Pretty sure its a policy but I dont know where to find it and what to do with it.
