Hello all,

Looking for some input on this issue which recently showed up out of the blue. We are running SCCM Current Branch 1602, single site with approximately 3000 machines in a single domain. Not too complicated. Everything was working perfectly up until 2 days ago when we found that reimaging existing machines in SCCM just stopped working. When we attempt to reimage an existing machine it PXE boots just fine, but as soon as it boots Windows PE and initializes network connections it reboots. Now I am familiar with this scenario when certain packages required by the Task Sequence are not available and this is remedied by ensuring that those packages have been successfully distributed. But in this case this is not the issue. The only error I find is that the Network Access account does not exist but I know that this is not the case since we have had one configured all along and it worked perfectly. I checked to make sure it wasn't locked out, I tried creating and configuring a brand new account, I tried adding multiple accounts but the error persisted. The only way of getting the machine to image successfully was to delete it from Configuration Manager completely and import it manually using Import Computer information. It almost seems like there may be some corruption in the database but I have no way of diagnosing this.
I am including a copy of the smsts.log for a failed machine if that is of any help. I would appreciate any assistance in resolving this as it is less than ideal to have to delete and import a machine every time we want to reimage. Thank you.

@cofh - I found multiple errors in the smsts.log file. Let us troubleshoot it step by step.

Cannot find NAAConfig CCM_NetworkAccessAccount - As you mentioned that you have added NAA, I will skip to next.

Failed to resolve PackageID=ITS00003 -
You need to check what this package is and re-distribute if it's missing.

Failed to resolve selected task sequence dependencies. Code(0x80040101) - I guess this issue is again related to NAA

All these boil down to Network access account issue which is not allowing the TS to proceed further.
