DP is getting failed with below error.

Yes the DP role install is failing with below error code. Can you check what is the antivirus / security software installed on the DP ?. Something seems to be blocking the installation.

Failed to install DP files on the remote DP. Error code = 16389

Failed to get dependent services of wdsserver - What is the OS installed on DP ?. I suggest you enable PXE and Multicast features after the DP role is installed.

We are using scep antivirus.
Os is server Windows 2008r2.

I have tried all, but no use.

In that case verify all the following :-

1. Try repairing WMI on the server (the server on which you are installing DP role)
2. Does your setup has any WAN accelerator ?

But WAN accelerator ? how to verify ?

You may have to check with the network team once.
