PENDING Failed to download easy setup payload with exception: The network name cannot be found.

Hi Everyone

I have been struggling with download 1606 and 1610, both are stuck downloading, i'm getting the following error in the dmpdownloader.log file
Failed to download easy setup payload with exception: The network name cannot be found. I have also included a few lines from the dmpdownloader.log file before and after the error. Hoping someone can help me out. if any other logs needed just let me know thanks

i see it's just a warning message "WARNING: Failed to download easy setup payload with exception: The network name cannot be found". Did you try the below mentioned workaround ?.
"IMPORTANT NOTE: As a temporary workaround if the update installation is suspended at “Downloading” state for extended period of time, restart the SMS_EXECUTIVE (smsexec) service on the standalone primary or central administration site server (CAS)."
