SOLVED Failed to connect to admin share using machine account

Hi Prajwal,

Got the below error while trying client push

> Failed to connect to \\CLIENT1\admin$ using machine account (5) SMS_CLIENT_CONFIG_MANAGER 25/10/2015 9:34:18 AM 3360 (0x0D20)
---> ERROR: Connected to CLIENT registry, but couldn't connect to the \\XP1\admin$ share using account '' SMS_CLIENT_CONFIG_MANAGER 25/10/2008 9:34:18 AM 3360 (0x0D20)
---> ERROR: Unable to access target machine for request: "GZOVRXAR", machine name: "CLIENT", error code: 5 SMS_CLIENT_CONFIG_MANAGER


Checked in Account and found HIGHLINK\administrator is available

I tried disabling the firewall = no go

HI, But what if the Client installation is already defined and still we are getting Message ID 3014,3015 and client fails to install.

If you have now configured the client push account then check the log if there are some new errors ?. Had you configured the client push account earlier ?.

I uninstalled and re-installed now it is working however SCCM

After successfully client installation Configuration Manager Properties only two action is available i.e Machine policy Retrieval & Evaluation Cycle and 2nd is User policy Retrieval & Evaluation Cycle.
