Dear all . I have a VM with Win 2019 Server ( SCCM ) and 1 VM of the SCCM SQL ( DB ) . Before some days i tried to install the latest hotfix 2002 of SCCM console . I download the latest package - hotfix KB4553501 and try to install it withour prerequite check . The status of installation has stuck in extract and in the log file ( hman.log ) shows the error " Failed to connect HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Microsoft SQL Server\Instance Names\SQL registry key for reading on SQL Server " . The user of SCCM installation is domain admin , the user of SCCM installation is included in the admins of the SQL Server ( Admin group ) , the user of SCCM installation is db owner & admin in SQL management studio ( SQL users of the DB ). Also , in the SQL Server , the Remote Registry service is on run state . Can you please help to finalize the installation of the patch ? Thank you
