Why am I having issues downloading updates? I am staring the test phase and I get this error. I checked the rights and they look correct. What else should I look at?

What version of SCCM are you running. Try running the console as administrator and let me know if the same error comes up.

System Center Configuration 2012. I it worked with running the console in administrator. Is there a way to not run it as admin?

Upgrade / install the available service packs, that should fix the issue.

Yes, thanks.... the problem is solved now. The reason was discharged into a distribution point without connection
