SOLVED Error (Configuration manager needs dedicated sql server instance)

hey guys
i am here again with a big problem
i have this error while i want to install secondary site
i have to install sql express 2019 manually and then use that for secondary but i got this error... i really need help
also i should say i do this but didnt work
Remove >> [HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\SMS]

Did you run the prerequisite check tool before installing the secondary site?

i findout
It had to be set up separately SPN for secondary site and primary
because my account hadnt domain admin permission
