NEW Error 80240438 Access to the specified proxy is not possible deployment

Hi, Team.

A number of teams are showing me unknown states with the win10 patch deployment.
I check the windowsupdate.log and I get the following error

- WebServices WS error: Communication error with the end in 'https://fe3.delivery.mp.microsoft.com/ClientWebService/client.asmx/secured'.
- WebServices WS error: Access to the specified proxy is not possible.
- WebServices FAILED [80240438] Web service call

OnSearchComplete - Failed to end search job. Error = 0x80240438
Scan failed with error = 0x80240438

I run a scan and it gives me error -2145123272

I don't have a proxy set up in the MP.

What else can I check?
