PENDING Error 80070070 when pushing the pulled OS on 16GB flash

I am unable to Deploy an Operating System Image to a Computer on a 16GB flash.

Captured an image using Tasksequence media by Capture Media. This media is created and copied the files to USB stick for Capturing the disks.
The Partition structure in my case is two : first is around 50MB and remaining is OS on 16GB.
The size on disk for the wim image(after mounting) is around 12GB and the image size of wim around 6GB and the flash size used is 16GB.
The error during deploy which i am receiving is 800700070 .There is not enough space on the disk when trying to deploy the OS.
Flash used for capturing the OS with two partition structure is 16GB and unable to push the same captured OS on 16GB ,error receiving 80070070.But i am able to push succesfully on 32GB flash.Please suggest me how to deploy on a flash which is on a 16GB.

Have you seen the following post? I know I had to use it when my image at a previous employer was slightly over 4GB.

Thank you James , solved the Issue with manually create the SCCM stand-alone media with the commandline parameters.But is their any solution to deploy on multiple clients without creating standalone media for deployment?
