PENDING Ensure Windows Installs on C: during SCCM OSD

Hi all, I have a small problem with osd in my organization. We have sccm 2012 sp2 and I need to install OS only on disk C and save users documents in other partitions, such as, disk D, disk H. After installation all partitions formated and united in one partition.
Who can help me to solve this problem?
