Dear Team, Could someone please help me with this?

For some reason, none of my company's iOS devices are in Intune shows supervised mode since Apple Manager Business Account has not been activated.
We used the following technique to register the iOS/iPad device:
1. Factory reset
2. Register with an email address and setup a management profile after installing the Intune corporate portal.
3. The Intune portal lists the iOS/iPad device, but the profile was Personal.
4. manually change the profile to Corporate

Is it possible to switch the registered iOS/iPad devices to supervised mode?
We need to configure a few settings (for instance, hide the built-in applications, restrict access to settings, and restrict access to the App Store). The configuration profile has already been created, but the status is "Not applicable."
This might be the effect of unsupervised mode.

Solution
The iOS devices should be DEP enrolled (i.e., Apple Business Manager)
We can manually supervise using Apple configurator if devices purchased from outside.
