NEW DP Error: Failed to install ContentAuthModule.dll

Hi all,
Having issue with Distributing to a DP. Initially, the ContentAuthModule.dll is not present under C:\Windows\System32\inetsrv and IIS Application Pool kept crashing because such dll is not present. So i copied ContentAuthModule.dll from another DP and placed it under the appropriate folder. IIS then working fine.
Once that sorted, i am then facing the issue below; Failed to Copy the ContentAuthModule.dll from the Primary Site Server to the DP.

I could see the package that i want to distribute is under the Content of the DP, however under the content status the Package is failed to distribute.

Win32 error = 64 suggest network issue. Firewall had a Data filtering that block .DLL. Once thats allowed, everything work as per normal.
