We are receiving an alert from SCCM CAS server for low disk space on SQL DB drive. The SQL Audit folder on the SQL DB drive of CAS server is occupying 214 GB of space. There are 12 .sqlaudit files in the SQLAudit directory ranging from 24GB to 50GB files.

Is that normal? Is it OK to clean up some space in this drive? What could have caused this?

Since a CAS is for environment over 150,000 computers. Very few people can answer this. These files are NOT related to CM. They are likely created by something your dba has done. As such you should talk to you dba.
