NEW Device collection folders showing all collections

Hi Everyone,
I have separated my device collections into folders to organize them.
I recently updated config manager to 2006.
now when i look in a device collection folder it is showing all device collections instead of just the ones i placed in the folder.
Is anyone else getting this issue ?

This seems to have resolved itself now after a reboot. thanks.
