Hi,
I have deployed powershell 7.2 msi as an application and used the product code as the detection method.
This has been working fine until I enabled software updates for powershell via an ADR,
when the software update is installed it now fails to detect the original MSI version and so prompts to re-install it.
How can i setup the detection method to allow for future software updates ?
Thanks.

I just started using PatchMYPC for third party updates so i can use this to keep my deployment and update versions in sync.

Solution
Create a package in this section - Overview\Application Management\Packages. No detection method is required.
