Hi

Did any of you had to deploy Media Feature Pack ?

I am struggling with this since yesterday. I tried to deploy this as application just by calling

wusa.exe “ Windows_MediaFeaturePack_x64_1809Oct.msu" /quiet /norestart

Seems to be that sccm is trying to install this and after running for some time it is coming back with Past due error.

Any ideas ?

Thanks
Patrick

Hi

I finally managed to deployed this, I had a little spelling mistake in my cmd line and extra space at the end :(

wusa.exe Windows_MediaFeaturePack_x64_1809Oct.msu /quiet /norestart

So with this one went ok. Thanks for your help.
yeah, i did. a bloody mistake for using N edition. this was for windows 10 1607 and i used the same command as yours. although, you need to check if the msu (KB) is applicable to the OS you are installing the media pack. in my TS i just set it to continue on error.

Hi
I am not trying to deploy this as part of the TS but as separate application to already exsiting clients. Unfortunatelly this command doesnt install the package for me. Most of my machines are 1809 and Windows_MediaFeaturePack_x64_1809Oct is the correct one I believe.

Any other suggestions?

Thanks
Patick
