PENDING Deploy Application and apply license key

I need to deploy an application (.exe) and activate the same through license key provided through system center configuration manager, Please suggest me ways to achieve this

Some applications allow you to pass the license key along with install command. Since you have not mentioned about your application, i would suggest check the app support forums.
