Hi!

I upgraded SCCM to 2409 (with KB30833053) version. without issues. I had installed some time ago 'Dell Command Integration Suite for Sistem Center', but now SCCM crash when I wont Download or Import DELL driver from 'Software Library' / 'Operating Systems' / 'Driver Packages'.

So I uninstall 'Dell Command Integration Suite for Sistem Center' and install again, but problem remain. Attached you can find errors.

Thank you for your help!!!

First off you should open a support case with Dell team about this.

Secondly, there is a issue with older version of dell and HP sw that will crash the console. Running this script might help you. https://docs.recastsoftware.com/help/configmgr-issues-after-right-click-tools-launch

Hi Garth!
I ran the script, but Right Click Tools is not installed on my SCCM server and MIK and DELL sw are up to date.

Issue not resolved :(

Just to be clear the problem is Dell and/or HP install an outdate dll (Serilog.dll) used for logging. This dll can be within the ConfigMgr install folder or within the GAC. Take a look to see if it is within the ConfigMgr folder and what version it is. aka if it is less then 4.x.x, that is likely the problem.

You can try to uninstall MIK to see if Dell stuff works. if it does open a support case with HP to get it fixed. Let me know if you need the support teams link to submit a bug.

I installed ‘Recast Console Extension’ and 'Serilog.dll' was placed in its folder.

Now the HP driver import works, but when I click ‘Dell Command’ nothing appears.

This is the same problem I am having and I created a thread as well

Seems to be related to 2409 because we just upgraded our 2019 server to this version and now the console is crashing when launching the Import Library.

I'm still waiting for Dell for an actual answer, we've been going back and forth for a bit with no actual testing or patches, just saying one thing, correcting them, letting them catch up, waiting for them to understand, etc.
