Kindly I have a huge problem that i can't move the content library to another shared folder, I checked permission and everything I also put the distribution point to maintenance mode, and no hope.

Solution
for anyone with this problem, I found the solution that I move the content library back to D drive then after the process is completed, I move the remote content library to another shared folder.
