Hello,
I'm having the following error when running the Content Library Cleanup tool. We have only one SCCM server, which is both the DP and site server.
It can't find the FileLib folder.

The share folder SCCMContentLib$ is located on drive E:\ labeled SQL DB. I discovered that the SCCMContentLib$ share folder doesn't contain a folder named FileLib (only has 2 folders, DataLib & PkgLib) and appeared to be missing. I ended up finding the FileLib folder on another drive D:\SCCMContentLib\FileLib, which does contain a bunch of data. The D:\ drive appears to be where SCCM program files were installed. For some reason it's separated from the normal location. I'm not sure if this is by design or was setup incorrectly, as I wasn't the admin that originally setup the server.
Drive E:\ seems to be the correct location as it's indicated in the registry. All the documentation seems to indicate that the SCCMContentLib folder should contain all three of those folders.

1. Do I need to run the transfer tool to fix this?
2. If I run the transfer tool, will it merge the FileLib folder with the E:\ drive location?
3. If so, do I place the DP in maintenance mode before running the transfer?
4. Is there any chance running the transfer could mess up something in the environment?
Thanks in advance for any feedback or assistance!
