Prajwal.
When I create the collection, within a few days I receive an error on the distribution site that there is a file missing from the folder and then the deployments fail. I created a patch distribution for Adobe Products and it worked this past Friday, but today when I came in, the deployment package that I created was displaying an error and it failed. It fails for the same reason in that there is a file missing from the folder. I am not sure why this is happening as I am not doing anything to these folders once I create them. I am using SCCM 2012 R2 and following your steps. I have 3 update packages that are now failing on a regular basis. Am I causing the issue by adding additional selected patches from the "All Software Updates" section and "rick click" and "Update Membership"? I am having to re-create these almost now on a weekly basis and am not sure what I may be doing wrong. If you would, let me know what further logs or information you may need to help point me in the right direction. I used this document to create the update packages: http://prajwaldesai.com/deploy-software-updates-using-sccm-2012-r2/

Prajwal,
I was wondering if you have had a moment to look at my above question. I again had to re-create a new deployment package, update group and package the updates because there was an error trying to update out to the distribution point. I deleted the previous setup so noting existed and then took all of July's Microsoft updates along with all the previous going back to Jan when out SCCM image was last updated and pushed them out. Currently they are updating our systems, but I am having to recreate them almost on a monthly basis. I am having to do this for all the 3rd party patching I do too, which include Java and Adobe products. If you need me to forward you any logs, please let me know. Tks Mark

Looks strange, what AV or security software have you installed on the server ?. When you distribute the content to the servers, does it gets distributed completely ?. Check PkgXfermgr.log file on the sccm server.
