Hi to all

I recently deploy an agent to my lynux server and follow all the steps I read in docs.microsoft.com so I get a hardware inventory and installed application information through resourcer manager, my question is about why I am seing and agent with a quotation mark

As I told before I got the hardware inventory . My concern is about why I did not get and Green icon in the administration SCCM console

That will go off once the client agent successfully communicates to the management point.

How could I check what you said?

It's been 4 days and the agent remain in the same status

What can I do to check what's is going on?


I read DOCs website information from Microsoft and I have not find any useful information that let me fix it

And the information was recolected from the Linux CM client and the quotarion marks remains

Can you try uninstalling the client and install it again ?.

Yes, I did it several times. So the result remains the same.

Do you have the option to approve the clients (right click on client > approve) ?. If you have your hierarchy set up to approve clients in trusted domains automatically then this shouldn't be happening.

I've already clicked the Approve option manually in every installation of CM client I did
