NEW configuration manager console cannot connect to the site but other user can run from same machine

I just joined new company but my SCCM admin Console not able to start, other colleague already gave me permission (full access), his account no issue which ever machine he use, but me and another 3 people getting an same error.

my account could visit the sccm console on the primary site server.
verify my account is in the SMS admins.
account is not the local admin of the sccm site server.
We have checked the DCOM version and confirm the account is added to the local admin and had remote activation permissions.

Anyone please help, even microsoft not able to help for past 2days.

Issue fixed- Need local admin access
