Hi everyone,
I'm experiencing an issue in my SCCM environment, which consists of one server and a remote database.
When we have deployed it, clients installations was successfull,with all policy actions available, but since few days, clients push installations results with only two clients actions (computer Strategy policy and User policy).

I have checked
Installation logs -->No error
Management point health seems OK(it's green), like all my site components
mpcontrol.log -->no error
Client is assigned to the site
but it seems it doesn't download policies.
Globally, it seems that all our clients computers doesn't download policy from the site.

Can you please help me to understand this phenomenon, and handle this issue

If you find, the files in polreq.box\bad then they're being deleted automatically after one week,
so this may have been happening since the second MP was installed, and have no correlation with the DNS issue.

I don't understand. Please explain, I don't know what I should do.

The MP_Framework.log file contains no red, but:

Move Policy Request File from PolReqStaging folder to MP Outboxes if it exists.
Converting policy request file succeed
File C:\Program Files\SMS_CCM\PolReqStaging\POL00000.POL is deleted
Policy request file doesn't exist.
Policy request file doesn't exist.

Hi everyone,

I look this red line repeating occasionnaly in MP_Framework.log:
CMovePolicyRequestFileTask::Execute: Convert policy request file failed with (0x80070020)

Any advises please ???

Error code 0x80070020 means that the running process cannot access the file as it is being used by another process for that site.

Can you please check SMS Agent host service is disabled in your environment or not. If disabled , then it will throw you an above mentioned errors.
