NEW Configuration Manager Cannot Connect

Hello,

I'm having a problem with the SCCM console. I'm not able to access it and am getting the "Configuration Manager cannot connect to the site (SiteName)

I've tried the following:
takeown /f c:\*
icacls * /T /Q /C /RESET
I've reinstalled the console
I've run Windows Updates
I've tried REMOVING Windows Updates

I'm hoping someone can help me out.

One more thing to note, I'm not sure if this is related or not...

The event viewer message is completely unrelated to console. Do a site reset to reset all of the permissions to what they should be.

How do I do a site reset? I went into the uninstall for the console and did a repair. I'm guessing it's not the same.

So, I'm trying to run this from the start button, but the dialogue is saying SCCM isn't found.
