After I installed the Configuration Manager 2111 Hotfix on the server, several people are no longer to run the Configuration Management Console. They get the message "The Configuration Manager Console cannot connect to the Configuration Manager site database. Verify the following"

However I am able to run the console from the server and my PC.

On a computer that can't connect to CM as user X, can you logon and run the console? What is the difference between your account and theirs?

Just logged into PC where it does not work with my account, same issue.

Should we uninstall and re-install the console software?

From SmsAdminUI.Log file on PC with the issue:

if it doesn't work with your account then it is likely a networking or firewall issue.
