Hi!

I've noticed on our HP EliteOne AIO models that under deployment, computer goes to sleep. And does not finish if you dont wake it manually again with mouse/keyboard.
On the TS I have "Run as high performance plan"
And it's always under thes step "Setup Windows and Configuration Manager"

I noticed though that these two BIOS settings, when unchecked, the issue went away. Curious if anyone else here have any experience in the issue?
I have not decided yet to disable those two settings entirely on our computer labs fleet. Because i'm unsure what else they can affect.

I am not aware of this issue, but I will keep this thread open for discussion. I would also suggest checking this issue with HP support and see what they say.

Hi Andreas, we have the same issue would be good to see if you get a resolution for this, please let me know if you do.
Have you tried to disable PCI Express Power Management & Extended Idle Power States under Power Management Options ?

Thanks for getting back to me, when we come to image another laptop (which won't be long) I will try those settings and see what happens, thanks once again.

We've encountered similar issues with some newer Dell Latitude models. There's a BIOS setting on the 7450 and some models previous to it to allow the OS to override system sleep settings. This setting is not enabled by default. Enabling it worked to keep the device awake during the installation process.

Settings on your HP devices may work the same way.
