I have been banging my head on my desk for the past few days and yes I have a concussion now lol.
The SMS_SITE_SYSTEM_STATUS_SUMMARIZER is showing critical and when I look at the logs it is Message ID 620

May i ask what's the SCCM version and SQL version installed ?. Were there any changes done to DB before you started seeing those messages ?.

Hello Prajwal,

ConfigMgr version 1802 (site version 5.0.8634.1000)
SQL Server 2012 (11.0.5058)
I have not made any changes to DB

Checking out the Matrix for SQL versions to what versions of ConfigMgr and going to bump up to SQL 2016.
The server is running Windows Server 2012 R2 Datacenter

My suggestion before you install any update, ensure you have latest SQL version. I doubt whether SQL Server 2012 (11.0.5058) is supported for 1802.

Hello Prajwal,
I did a prereqchk.exe from the Bin/x64 folder and ran it via cmd and showed some the prereq issues and one of them was the site summarizer. It is enabled and is not compatible with the license we have and also we are not doing inventory on software just hardware.
In Administration - Site than status summarizers I un-ticked the enable status summarizer and it is now gone out of the list of component status.
