PENDING Component Status ERROR SMS_SRS_REPORTING_POINT

Hi everybody,


i got a Problem with my Reporting point. The following error is loged in the Component Status.

Component Status Summarizer reset the status of component "SMS_SRS_REPORTING_POINT", running on computer "SERVERNAME", to OK.

Component Status Summarizer will automatically reset a component's status to OK every time the Component Status Threshold Period elapses and a new Threshold Period begins. For example, if the Threshold Period is "Since 12:00:00 AM", Component Status Summarizer will reset the component's status to OK every 24 hours at midnight. At this time, the counts of status messages reported by the component for the Threshold Period will be reset to zero.

Solution: Component Status Summarizer will also reset a component's status to OK when an administrator manually resets the counts of status messages reported by the component for the Threshold Period.

The errors flodding the log, but i can see all reports and can use them in the scccm console. After some research i saw there are two SQL reporting services installed.
Reporting Services Configuration Manager 2016 --> works like it should
Reporting Services Configuration Manager 2017 --> i can open it but cant connect to the MSSQL instance (report server instance is greyed out)

So it seem the configmanager logs the error of the 2017 reporting services version. Now i want to uninstall the corrupt version. But how?

In the the control panel / uninstall is no entry with the 2017 report service. So i downloaded the setup for the reporting services 2017 and try to uninstall it with the install wizzard, but i dont got the option to uninstall it( just normal installation)

Does anyone have an idea how to solve this?

the two reportings server versions aren´t the problem.

I checked the srsrp.log.

Some days ago we configured the business store. There is an known bug with the Proxy settings.... long story but he send the webrequest to the proxy server not to the LAN. So i fixed it on our firewall to send the request back to the LAN and the error is gone

On the web, try to access on http://SERVERNAME/ReportServer , it's worked?

On the SQL Server Configuration Manager, what is the state of Reporting Services? If it stopped, try to start it and check the event viewer for more details.
