PENDING Company Portal app - install pending

Hello,


Some of our devices have problems installing the Company Portal (Online) app.
Its installed as a required app on all of our devices.
We have a co-management sccm/endpoint setup.
After troubleshooting i have found some errors, maybe someone can give me more info on this issue :

In the endpoint manager console the company portal app state says "pending installation"

Synchronisation is ok between device and endpoint manager.
sccm client is working, no reboot pending after windows update or software installation.

We have experienced this on some devices in our organisation aswell.

In this scenario we recommend users to open the microsoft store, search for the company portal app in the store and install it from there.

Not a solution, but a workaround ...

ok but we blocked the Microsoft Store so no workaround.

We have it blocked as well. Have you found a solution?

In our environment I changed from deploying the offline version of the company portal instead of the online version.

So far so good ...
