PENDING Communication error between Management point and SCCM primary server

Hello,

I am having a communication error between Management point and SCCM primary server. please find the attached error screen shot and advise.

One primary SCCM server running with 1909 and 2 Management point servers are configured in my environment

I am tried to trace the error using a long file however i am not able to find the MP control log in the MP server.

i was able to patch the machines and deploy the software from SCCM however when i try to reinstall the SCCM agent then i am getting an error "Could not retrieve value for MDM_ConfigSetting . Error 0x8004100e" in the Log file.

also i have checked with DB team SQL Database status seems every thing fine.

Note- i am not able find the MP client status log file.
Can you please advise on this.
