PENDING Client Status query and other details

Hi Experts i want to pull the below information for windows servers, experts help me achieve this.
Hostname, IP Address, Domain or Workgroup, Domain Name, OS,SCCM Agent installed date, SCCM agent last communication with sccm serer, server status(i.e alive or pingable or not reachable).
