SOLVED Client not reporting when installing CCM using client push

I have an issue on my SCCM server version 1802 when trying to install Client Configuration Manager using client push. The client correctly executes the ccmsetup.exe which seems to run fine and after the client push the "CcmExec - SMS Agent Host" appeared among the running services. However, on the SCCM console the "Client" column for the device still reports "No".
Any ideas on how to resolve the issue will be highly appreciated.

Did you examine the client log files ?.

I checked the ccmsetup.txt, it seems to be working fine. I have attached it.

ccm logs seems fine , is it pushed for bulk clients ?
