PENDING Client End Point defination update failed, Error code show 0*87D00651

Dear,
I manage 1995 users bia SCCM. when I push any End point definition update, I see that some users can not updated. then Error code show 0*87D00651 .are you please help me about this ? what it is happened?

What version of SCCM have you installed. Is this still an issue ?. Can you post the screenshot of the error ?.
