Client Check Passed/Active SCCM 1902 Windows Patch Management

Hi,
We have recently deployed new SCCM 1902 setup, while pushing windows updates at client side i am having issue that all targeted system shows in "Unknown" Category in ->Monitoring ->Overview ->Deployment ->Deployment Status
Side note: There is no issue in application deployment

Following is the setup:
SCCM APP -- Server-1
SCCM DB -- Server-2
WSUS -- Server-3

Please guide from where to start patch troubleshooting?

1.have you been throught the logs ?
2.Content distribution status ?
3.Check the Windowsupdate.log , locationservices.log
