SQL is getting full is there a tool or any other way to restrict how much drive space SQL will not suck up all available drive space?

I may have miss spoken. I believe my issue is with the SCCMContentLib folder it is over 64 GB in size and chewing up all my C: drive.

It's not a good idea to host the sccmcontentlib on C drive. You could use the SCCM content library clean up tool and see if that can save some space - https://prajwaldesai.com/exploring-sccm-configmgr-content-library-cleanup-tool/
