PENDING CCMsetup failing with error "unable to compile the file InventoryAgentSchema.mof"

Hi,

Please help me with below error Getting this error on few devices while installing mecm client.

MSI: Setup was unable to compile the file InventoryAgentSchema.mof
The error code is 80040154 ccmsetup 4/20/2023 5:37:16 AM 7092 (0x1BB4)
MSI: Action 5:37:17: Rollback. Rolling back action: ccmsetup 4/20/2023 5:37:17 AM 7092 (0x1BB4)
File C:\Windows\ccmsetup\{AFEBCEB6-C9FE-4BF6-9C63-24020C95EF03}\client.msi installation failed. Error text: ExitCode: 1603
Action: CcmRegisterWmiMofFile.
ErrorMessages:
Setup was unable to compile the file InventoryAgentSchema.mof
The error code is 80040154

Have tried below steps but still issue persists. Please help.

1. ccmsetup.exe /uninstall
2. repair wmi
3. RD /s /q "C:\Windows\ccmsetup"
4. RD /s /q "C:\Windows\CCM"
5. RD /s /q "C:\Windows\system32\CCM"
6. DEL /q "C:\windows\smscfg.ini
7. REG DELETE HKLM\software\Microsoft\ccm /f
8. REG DELETE HKLM\software\Microsoft\CCMSETUP /f
9. REG DELETE HKLM\software\Microsoft\SMS\
10. REG DELETE HKLM\software\Microsoft\Systemcertificates\SMS\Certificates /f
11. re-execute ccmsetup.exe

Have you tried to manually compile the mof file to see what is the real error with the complie?
