I recently updated Configuration Manager from version 2409 to 2503. After updating, I realized my boot images were out of date, so I installed the latest Windows ADK 10.1.26100.2454 along with the matching WinPE add-on to support 24/7 Windows 11 deployments.

However, I'm still encountering issues. Reloading the boot images doesn't change the boot image version.
Boot image version 10.0.22621.1 and OS version 10.0.26100.1.

After installing the new ADK and reloading the boot images, shouldn't the version change to 10.1.26100 and the OS Version to 10.1.26100.1?

So far:
I've uninstalled the ADK and WinPE
I've downloaded and installed them again
I've restarted the server

I've verified all paths and folder permissions
Despite this, I still have the old versions, not the ones from ADK 10.1.26100.2454. I need to start deploying Windows 11 24H2 in my environment, and being stuck with outdated boot images is becoming increasingly problematic.

Has anyone managed to get 26100.2454 working with ConfigMgr 2503? I'd appreciate any advice and ideas. Thanks in advance!

Just so you know you aren't going crazy, our ADK is the same version and the rebuilt boot images are all 26100.1, except of course the 32bit one. And the SCCM version is the same, 2503. Not that this really helps but I am confirming they should be updating and yours are not.
