PENDING Bitlocker problem with Windows 10 OSD

I have problem with bitlocker.
Sometimes want the Windows 10 deployment go to bitlocker recovery console after Bitlocker installation. It's several Dell PC models it's happen.

Is there anyone in this forum who have been the victim of something similar and have experience of this ?

If you enter the recovery key once, does it go to recovery console again ?.

Some computers after deploy installation, to go to bitlocker console after the first installation.

No idea, I haven't come across anything like that.
