I have a recent issue with autopilot devices from manufacturer have shipped our autopilot devices with windows 11 and we are not ready for W11 so still require W10. We cannot roll back as they only ever had W11 installed not W10. Would you be able to recommend how we can install W10 and then import again to our tenant . is it a case we will need to clean install W10/delete the device form our tenant/ capture Hardware Hash and re-import to manage or is there an alternative option we can do remotely from Endpoint manager.
