SOLVED Automatic Deployment Rules grayed out

I have 5 ADR's setup that I was playing around with and would like to delete them. When I right click on the ADR, the only option available is "refresh", all other options are grayed out as if the record is locked. Has anyone seen this before and know how to resolve it?

Did you have the permissions to delete or modify ADR earlier ?.

I just resolved it, the rules were locked and I was able to unlock and delete them. Thank you for your response.
